Under the canopy tree…
I couldn’t help taking a picture of this little buddy lying on the pavement. It is decaying but a bit of it’s beauty still remains.
I’m writing/browsing through my journal. Sitting in the floor, meditating… And I encounter this page in which I wrote a year ago.
I had to document this instrument, since it has a funny story to it. Plus, it was today’s grand star. I accidentally dropped it and got a scare in the middle of a test. The thing is rather delicate and extremely expensive. But luckily it was all good.
Martha. My next cube neighbor. We have taken the habit of watching out for each other in terms of food. She’s addicted to my granola, and we bring each other fruit. Today I caught her ‘cheating’ snatching candy from Karem. I’m going to miss her…
A few months ago I found a copy of “El Camino a Cristo” (Steps to Christ) inside a locker. It made me smile all over! But then, every time I would work in the area I would open the locker only to find the copy lying there in the exact same spot. Such a treasure. At least the book has a little bent on the bottom that insinuates it has been opened (and hopefully read).
